Namecard.im ("Service") provides a standalone digital business card and contact-sharing platform that enables individuals and professionals to share and store contact information in a convenient, paperless format.

The Service is designed exclusively for contact-sharing and communication convenience.

It does not include or operate as a financial, mortgage, lending, insurance, or settlement-related service.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

The Service is intended for use by any individual or professional user who wishes to create and manage a digital version of their business card.

By registering for and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are authorized to use the contact information you provide; and
• your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

3. Nature and Scope of the Service (Important)

3.1 Scope of the Service

The Service functions solely as a digital contact-sharing tool.

Accordingly, the Service:

• does not operate as a mortgage, lending, insurance, or settlement service;
• does not offer, originate, arrange, or recommend loans or financial products; and
• does not provide mortgage advice, rate quotations, pre-approval, or credit evaluation.

3.2 No Referral or Endorsement

Use of the Service is intended solely for contact-sharing purposes and does not:

• constitute a referral, recommendation, or endorsement of any mortgage lender or financial service provider;
• create any expectation of business, referrals, or compensation between users and any third party; or
• imply any partnership, agency, or joint marketing relationship.

Users remain fully independent in their professional activities.

4. Independence of Users

Each user of the Service operates independently.

Namecard.im does not:

• direct consumers to any specific service provider;
• influence consumer choice of service providers or financial institutions; or
• track, measure, or condition use of the Service on any downstream transaction or outcome.

Consumers who access a user's digital business card are free to select any service provider of their choice.

5. Permitted Use

Users may use the Service to:

• create a digital business card;
• share contact information via QR code or link; and
• allow others to save contact information to their devices.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not use the Service to:

• promote or advertise mortgage, lending, or financial products;
• solicit or facilitate referrals for settlement or regulated financial services;
• represent the Service as providing financial or lending-related functionality; or
• engage in any activity that would cause the Service to be interpreted as a referral or marketing platform for regulated financial services.

7. Fees

The Service may be offered at no cost or under different pricing models as determined by Namecard.im, as part of providing basic access to the digital contact-sharing functionality.

The availability of the Service at no cost does not:

• create any obligation to refer business;
• condition use of the Service on any transaction or performance; or
• constitute compensation for referrals or endorsements.

8. Data and Privacy

Namecard.im processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Data collected through the Service is used solely to operate and improve the contact-sharing functionality and is not used to facilitate or evaluate referrals, transactions, or financial outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content related to the Service are the property of Namecard.im or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of their own contact information and content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Namecard.im makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• business outcomes;
• lead generation;
• transaction success; or
• financial or professional performance.

11. Service Branding and Informational Links

The Service may include branding, informational links, or promotional content related to products or services operated by Namecard.im or its affiliates.

Such content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a referral, recommendation, or endorsement of any financial product or service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namecard.im shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
